    15:58 I think. First WOD after 10 days off due to pulled hammy. It was sheer hell and I look forward to something other than my hammy being sore.

      I’m trying not to laugh as I slept with an ice pack last night – it made the Mon/Tue shoulder/back combo twinge bearable — today’s all arms was just ‘peachy’ … hopefully tomorrow is a head & neck workout as that’s about what I have left that isn’t feeling it – can’t wait to see!.
