4:30 pm- Monday through Friday
5:30 pm- Monday through Friday
7:30 pm- Monday – Wednesday – Friday

Olympic Weightlifting Class:
7:30 pm – Tuesday – Thursday
10:00 am – Saturday

Foundations Class: Your introduction to CrossFit
6:30 pm – Tuesday – Thursday
8:00 am – Saturday

9:00 am – Open Strength Session / WOD / Skill drills
10:00 am – Olympic Weightlifting class
11:00 am – Team Workout class
