  • Get A Good Foundation!

     Our Next Foundation Class will be starting on May 6th!

    If you know of someone who’s interested in CrossFit (maybe a friend or family member?) or maybe you’ve been lurking on our Facebook page or our web page and you’re interested in joining CrossFit Everett, now is your opportunity!

    Starting on May 6th, our next cycle of Foundation classes start. If you can’t make May, know that at the beginning of each month, you can join a Foundation class. Foundation classes run on a 4-week cycle – meeting every Tuesday – Thursday at 6:30 pm and Saturdays at 8:00 am – for a total of 12 classes. Each class teaches the basic elements and movements of CrossFit to properly prepare you to enter regularly scheduled classes/WODs. No matter how experienced you are, this class is valuable and worth the time and money.

    The other thing Foundation Classes are great for is getting you in the habit of a consistent schedule over those four weeks. You know, most of the time, the best results come from simply sticking with it. Training is hard. It makes you sore. It hurts your feelings. But it’s always worth it when you see results, and results come from consistency. It’s like the old adage says: “success consists of getting up one more time than you fail.”

    Once you’ve completed your Foundation class, you have the freedom to choose and attend different class times, depending on your schedule as the same workout is taught throughout the day to each class.

  • Price Increase

    As of June 1st, we are increasing the price for two of our class options..

    • Three times per week goes from $120 to $125 per month
    • Unlimited goes from $140 to $150 per month

    .

    Our other training options (Foundation Classes, Family Memberships, 2 Day Per Week) will remain at the same price point.
