    If you didn’t make it Thursday for your shot at 13.4,
    your second chance is this Saturday starting at 10:00 am!

  • The “Music” of CrossFit

    And now for something totally different, had never thought of the sounds in our box as that of music, that is until I saw this video …  less than two minutes in length, it’s a combination of sound & motion and a different way to think of CrossFit.
